The description that pops up as the mouse cursor hovers over the different icons is rough and ugly. It shouldn't be black, it should be light yellow, smaller, and only appear after you hover over an icon for more than a second or two. (mimic he Windows UI)
Suggested feature: Google Bookmarks button. For Firefox, there's a really popular add-on called GMark. An emulation, or even an imitation of it would be fantastic.
Having perused google's selection of gadgets for Google Desktop and widgets for Opera, I can't help but notice the prominence of your Google Toolbar for Opera and its corrosponding cousin in GD. Essentially, I'm saying that you, gabydewilde, are a leading developer and your work has enormous influence on the lives and productivity on others. I think we all appreciate the time and effort spent on your service.
I've used local bookmarks for years and can't count the number of times I've lost them. I've begun using Google bookmarks and can now access them where ever I am. It's a tremendous benefit, would be most grateful to see it added.
It doesn't fit in a 1024 x 768 laptop window properly. If it is to emulate the official Google toolbar for IE, it should dock into the top of th eOpera window, not sit behind it which requires more clicking of the mouse, movement of the hands, etc. As you get older, it will be more important to you to minimize hand/finger movements.
If you could add like -- press alt+G -- and it would search in google press alt+Y -- and it would search in yahoo that would help a mouse avoider like me, it would be like diamond on gold :-Q And again if I could choose the shortcut then it would be like diamond on platinum LOL
Firefox had a downloadable Google toolbar. One feature was the "translate" command, allowing you to hover your cursor over a word, and a little box appeared under your cursor with the translation in another pre-selected language. Now that I'm with Opera, translating is much more involved, clicking words, selecting languages, and opening new windows. Is there any way of getting the original Google translate option in Opera?

Can't have a toolbar with its own window.

Otherwise, great job!
