very easy and beatiful programe.I like and I love it...wonderful programe Flash Video Downloader .thank you ArturDubovoy and opera I love so muchh ) amazing
snks... i just can see vedeo from YouTube, naw i will try download so... early i taked video from cash IE - not very comfortable Russion: Теперь наконец-то ще и качать будем... __________________________ blog and poems
But the "link" you need to click on and "Save Linked Content As" is the 'Download' image in bold red just below the "Don't forget to give a .flv extension to downloaded file" text...
Nor complicated at all... just probably not VERY obvious for non-savvy downloaders, and if you read the first bit of text underneath the advertisement it could make some think something is already not working.
b) I'm curious about the "This is bull droppings" comment below from skaiuoquer... Is he trying to say THIS widget is bad? For what it's worth, the 'other' flash downloader he linked to appears to have been posted AFTER this one. So which is "bull droppings" in is opinion I wonder. I personally don't really care that THIS widget has an advertisement built into it, it's not as though it will pop up in my face during any other time than when I actually use the widget to download the flash video I want... and it doesn't seem to cause any trouble...
a) the instructions are NOT very clear (to me) but this widget DOES work on a few of the YouTube pages I tried it with.
The "issue" in understanding how to use it is that nothing I've read here makes it very clear that once you paste the URL into the first "Flash Video Downloader" dialog/popup window that appears OUTSIDE of Opera when you launch the Widget, and then click the 'Download' button... the NEXT "Download" dialog/popup that appears as a page INSIDE of Opera (not maximized page) is not sized properly on all Opera installs...
So what you might NOT be seeing is a 'How to Save' image at the bottom of the page... And to be fair it's not VERY obvious what it even means. The page is pretty "busy" with alot of text and an add and stuff... and the bit right in the beginning about ("If you click the link you can not download videos, then perhaps you have a problem with your browser. In this case, just click on the right mouse button and select an item "Save Linked Content As" in the menu")... actually makes it seem as though the widget did not work and you're already having a "problem". But the "link" you need to click on and "Save Linked Content As" is the 'Down
It doesn't work. I clicked widgets>Flash Video Downloader and copied the URL into the box as intstructed. All I got was a pop up screen that said "If you click the link you can not download videos, then perhaps you have a problem with your browser. In this case, just click on the right mouse button and select an item "Save Linked Content.."
I also don't understand your instruction: "When you get downloaded link, need to click on it, and select place on your hard drive where to save the video or click > Save Target As > and save."
The download link appears on the address bar, nothing happens if you click on it. If you right click there is a drop down menu but all you see are options like "cut, copy, paste" etc. There is no "save target as>save" And if you can save from a drop down menu why need the downloader widget? I am confused.
