It will be useful when you need to convert text in your's native non-english language to unicode symbols. For example, your native language is russian (like mine). So if you create a UserJS-file and want to use in it russian letters, you will notice that Opera 9.2x or older doesn't understand it (Opera 9.5 does ) and displays obscure signs. This way you should use unicode symbol for every letter and then it will be correctly displayed by Opera. That's a purpose of this widget.
The top field is required for input data, another - for output.
