Too much of a hassel after download this widget: registering, fill-in all such a huge personal details just for a trial. No thanks

I registered to your service, it looks nice - but this widget always tells me "Cennot get data from webperform website. Retry?".

Even another password without special characters does not help. Do I need another username for the widget than for the website, where I enter the mail-address?
