This is a really cool widget... would be awesome if it could support adding guidelines to it. For example, I try to map how my web pages behave cross browser so I select the area with this widget then with guidelines verify changes in display so I can create better javascript fixes for the pages to look the same in all browser... specially in IE.
A very nice widget. My only strife with it is that I don't like the choice of cursorointer; this makes me think that the item below will activate with one click, a double click is such a secondary function that I don't expect it to influence the cursor.
No fixes for Opera 10 Alpha?

very cool and I find it very useful but just one minor issue.
what units is it measuring?
pixels, cm, picas, ems, points?
I'm guessing pixels, but should I have to?

Better than a simple ruler-on-the-screen.
Great application concept !

The size is a bit big, which prevents it from reaching the edges in e.g. GNOME, but otherwise really cool.
