I make five recommendations:
1. Add some help
2. Use N,S,E,W suffixes instead of plus and minus signs
3. Verify lattitude and longitude, now it accepts such latitude 120
4. Use other units such as minute, second, mile and nautical mile
5. If possible, add a world map
