Based on Apple's 'web clip' idea for leopard, this widget aims to let any user create a widget from a snippet of any web page.
Currently has a lot of bugs, the widget itself may hang if a page is too complex for it. I'm working on these bugs, all but the most adventerous should wait for a newer version.
Known Bugs
Doesn't remember pan location after a restart
Freezes on pages with certain javascript. NOTE: Just the widget freezes, so while it's close button doesn't work when frozen, you can still shut the widget down using the widget manager
Flash doesn't work. (flash only works in widgets with wmode = transparent)
Let us know if you find any others.

I have reported a problem and am awaiting an answer.
Your widgets do not have any instructions or help on how to use them. First a general instruction on where and what the buttons are,and then an explanation of what the thing is supposed to do and how to do it. I have your widget "web clip" but how to operate it, how to add a clip without removing one, how to read the clip or restore it so that I can read more than the top left hand corner, is nowhere explained. (I can scroll down but not sideways.) A widget is supposed to be an independent application programme, and an application programme needs instructions and help. Please can you attend to the general matter and meanwhile help me with the `web clip' widget. Many thanks. == Enquirer
I am using the 10.50 beta and couldn't get the widget to work. I am using the 10.50 beta and noticed at the top of the page that it only supports 9.6. Should I download Opera 10.10?
Cool! I noticed a little bug where if you try to resize it after "scrolling" the web page the widget would show you the upper-left hand corner of the web page again.
