It is a friend of mine who has made it... Im sure he didn't mean to steal or violate anyone elses work, and the original creator should get full credit.

Birke is a guy at our school who's really cool, and we were joking about making up some Chuck Norris-type facts about him and post it somewhere. So I guess my friend thought it would be cool to make a widget on it.

It's meant more as a private joke for our school, so I would agree that posting it here wouldn't be the greatest idea, he meant no harm in copying someone elses work. He's just lazy I guess =P.

BTW! The original Jack Bauer-facts widget was great! Kudos to the creator of that!

Am I just a pop-culture wasteland, or am I not the only one who is wondering just who the heck "Birke" is?

Is he some other character from 24?

BTW, bad form claiming someone else's work as your own; very bad form. Too bad there is no option to vote zero stars.

Opera's Widgets team is doing an abysmal job at reviewing submissions. I think they're overworked, or something (e.g. the templates they provide have Thumbs.db inside, and badly compressed PNGs, 4 times the minimum size).

This file's size is 376KB, for Pete's sake. And the contents... Not the first time the archive contains an archive...
