This is a very useful widget. Awesome. I wish it was a similar size as this widget : http://widgets.opera.com/widget/3689/ and had the ability to change the color. Overall this widget is awesome.
Opera is now preventing hotlinking of my.opera files so I have moved the currency.xml file to my own website. An updated widget has been submitted, it just needs to be approved.
The design of the widget is awefull. The widget it self and the interface is very good. I hope to see a better interface in a later version. (Or maybe someone else could make a better skin for it?)
Now a more challenging one, the unofficial rate for the Zimbabwean dollar, currently trading at roughly ZWD 400,000.00 per US$1. Just kidding! Btw, the official rate is ZWD 250.00 per US$1.
To ylauriac, check config view and look for "Korea (South) Won KRW".
I have added Botswana Pulas to the list! Bulgarian Leva is already in there, though.
For those of you asking for the "rate" to be displayed also, the simplest way to get the rate is just leave a 1 in the box and select your currencies, choosing "Convert" will show you the rate. You can use the Inverse button to invert the rate.
Nice widget. I especially like the "Inverse" button. 2 Requests: -Can you include the Botswana Pula (just like you did for the Ukrainian Hrivnas and Armenian Dram)? -Could you make a third currency box optional? Explanation: when shopping online at Amazon.com/.co.uk/.de I can then compare USD vs GBP vs EUR prices in one glance. Thanks!
2 requests please to make this the ultimate converter: > add exchange rate (as requested b4) > allow me to input currency code to 'shortcut'the currency selection process, for example let me add inr to myr rather than having to search --- this will automatically allow all currencies. See http://oanda.com/convert/classic for an example.
