Watch fun colourful shapes get drawn

Choose a few simple paramaters and sit back while a spirograph is drawn before your eyes.

The more technical name for these kinds of curves is a hypotrochoid or an epitrochoid.

One heck of a widget! BTW sometimes when i change a setting then change another one the previous one resets to its previous settings :S

Is this supposed to happen ?

BTW: "Calligraphy pen" is not a label, like "Show", so one must hit the small checkbox to enable/disable.

How come the (pseudo) moire effects are not symmetrical ? (87,-91, 125)
