How do you pull the Opera version? I'm still new to JScript and I know you are pulling it from opera.com/download but I can't figure out how. If anyone can explain this to me, email me. admin (at) kyran d0t ca
You should detect the OS of the system and check for the latest versions of the programs according to the OS. You should add apps like: AmaroK Kopete Shareaza Apache(/2) and why not? version check of your own widget

Apache is already included here. You can find this as "httpd".
I have to think about some better configuration list since there is a lot of programms.
: you can open http://www.opera.com/download/ and check for third appear of string "<h1>Opera " in page code.
