This two-line scientific calculator provides the look and feel of a real calculator. With a dedicated line for the equation and another for the result, complex equations can be written with ease. Numbers and simple functions can be input via the keyboard, while more advanced functions are available using the normal calculator buttons.

Current features include:

Trigonometry
Logarithms
Combinations and permutations
7 programmable memory locations
Pseudo-random number generator

If you don't like the default look, you can change it! Five different skins are provided.

Note: This calculator is only as accurate as the JavaScript runtime environment, floating point rounding errors can occur.

1.1 - September 2006
* Reduced file size.
* Added keyboard input for numbers and basic functions.
* Added skin selector with preview.
* Added error messages for incorrectly formed equations.

* Initial release.

Since my real scientific got stolen, I have been using this widget to help me develop engineering methods based on Finite Element Model results (fastener fatigue life in composite joints). Not a joke!

It's easier to quickly figure things out with this on-screen than having to type formulae in a spreadsheet...

Thanks for the feedback Seigfried, I may add that feature to the unit converter rather than the calculator as I think it would be more appropriate there.

Can not seem to find Polar to Rectangular conversions. This is an essential function in electronics engineering.
