Aquarium simulation game.

SimAquarium is an aquarium simulation game - you can buy and sell fish, aquarium sceneries (plants, rocks etc), lighting and other things for your aquarium!

You can feed your fish, play with them and do much more. To earn money you have to breed and sell fish - there is 28 different species with different characteristics, some of the fishes are very rare. With more money you can buy bigger and prettier fishes, more impressive aquarium decorations and better lighting. But the most expensive animal you can buy is not a fish - it's a dolphin!

Dont know if this is just me, but i need some help with discus.
My problem is the following, the shop only seems to ever stock 1 discus, so i buy that discus, just before the time runs out and every single time, it updates to a damn barrcuda, and my discus dies before it comes back round to discus again?

I have the best lights and filter, and a few different scenery, what am i doing wrong?

At the moment i am breeding goldfish for money.

When I take a photo it just works sometimes, at other times there is just the background without fish, and at other times just a black square.

It's 14all41 a new Opera User I really like browser thus far.It's fast secure and fairly straight forward to use.I don't like the e-mail program one bit the basic program does not allow importing and for $2.50 a mth. you can get premium which is free with other e-mail services Opera this is a large marketing mistake you truly would of had the masses in your Opera community. Another Bug why can't I download Aquarium Widget downloads 3/4's of the way the restarts download again. Hey you got an excellent browser just some bugs in the internal programs but your response time to these problems is what will make you the number # 1 Web Browser software corporation on the globe.

Great widget! Lots of fun, but it keeps hanging my entire system. Is there some memory leak? There is no 'Save Game' button. I keep having to kill and restart it every 3 minutes to keep the incessant crashes from causing me to lose too much work. I just noticed out that taking it out of sleep mode saves the game, so now I just put it into, then take it out of, the sleep mode to save it.

I noticed that in the fish arrays there are a lot of floating point numbers. Does this actually use floats instead of (much faster) integers? That could be what's hanging my Celeron box, since it has no FPU...

Any suggestions about how to fix??

How to cheat:
Close Opera.
Edit c:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\widgets\widgets.dat

Find:
<value id="val #1" xml:space="preserve">100.000000000000</value>
Change it:
<value id="val #1" xml:space="preserve">99999.0000000000</value>

Note: number of digits without dot must be equal 15.

Wonderful widget. I'm having trouble making money, but nothing wrong with the game. At the moment I have two Dojo Loach, two Guppies and three Panda Corydoras, a canister filter and fifty-six dollars - seven fish, seventeen deaths and eighty-five births.

Awesome widget. Its a great addition to an internet browser, you can read an article and it is an excellent companion. I agree with Carnax's comment about the new game button, also does the turtle really have to have such a short life span after maturity? I cant get two to live long enough to breed ;(

The best widget on here, I mean it dude, it is great fun and relaxing. One thing though, I was playing it for a while, enjoying it etc. but I had to leave for the bathroom, I went to click the pause button, but accidentaly clicked on New Game... could you change it so that when you click new game it says something like "Are you sure you want to start a new game: Yes or No...:

maybe you should make more aquariums, bigger and can support more fish... and maybe you should scale some of the fishes to their actual size(idk) and make some underwater effects like bubbles on the fishes and in the filters.

Very nice widget, and good idea. Here are my advices:

1) Make bigger aquariums available.

2) Make air bubble effects

3) Allow us to see the fighting fish.

4) Enable clicking on the fish in the aquarium.

5) Improve graphic quality and it would be great if 3D is possible. (or you can make the aquarium to be seen from different view points e.g from the top or bottom)
