Not a bad idea to have an image grabber widget in my favorite browser, Thanks to the creator.

Thanks for all of your hard work. This is a great idea and it's coming along nicely.

Request:

Would it be possible to enhance this widget so that you can grab either an image's thumbnail (or it's larger preview) and drag it to someplace on your computer (such as to a folder on the desktop?)

When you click on "View Date", could each day be represented by a folder - such that you could then drag the folder to your desktop (or anywhere) to save the entire folder of images to your computer?

Once i have clicked on all the images i want to save, could there be a button to "Save To Computer" which would open a save window asking me where i would like to save all of the images (or a single image)?

further down the road, could their also be a button that says "Email these images" which would then ask you to pick an email address, and then it would automatically zip up all the images and email it to you. i know, this would require the ability to store entered email addresses and to verify them, such that you could choose the email from your list of verified addresses (to avoid people abusing the feature by spamming people with images.)

i guess my only complaint is that i am finding it

The idea is good, especially the site ripping. But I´m missing a slideshow or a function to export a tag to a folder.

... cool widget and a good idea, but doesn't your use of apple's program icons demonstrate the backside to such an idea?

Nice! Too bad you still have not found the time to make a delete button. Would really make a lot of difference...so, please?

One feature I'd like to see is being able to use a variable to download lists of pictures. Ex. a webcomic or omsething slimilar to that.

It's a very great widget, but I think in addition to a delete option, you should also be able to scale down larger images to fit the window while viewing them. Hmm, or can you already, but I just missed it?

Great widget.
Works well, lots of functions, it's more a program than a widget

Especially the site ripper is a nice idea!

It's awesome! There are so many useful widgets by gcampos, thanks a lot !

By Meneldor, # Aug 15, 2006 7:55:53 AM

That's a pity :frown:

The inicial ideia was save in the widget memory.
BUT the Opera have a security restricion in canvas tag (that I should use to convert a image in a saveable format in widget memory), you can't use the toDataURL and getPixel method for images of third servers.
