Nice. I know morese code (25 wpm ), but the Base 64 feature should come in handy. One small item: think the Opera Widget requirements says you must have a close button and I couldn't find one on this tool.
I like this widget, the Base64 decoder/encoder has come in useful many times. I haven't used the morse encoder much yet, but it's equally well done and could be very useful. Great work.
