An essential tool for serious guitarists. This widget draws a wide range of scales on a virtual fretboard. The number of strings and frets can be customized.
It reminded me being laid out alot like a fretlight with the red dots and scale patterns except the red obviously only represents the root notes. This far surpassed the guitar toolbar that Mozilla had for awhile (it never updated to revised versions of Firefox even tho it is available for IE) Unlike that download.. this isn't a resource hog on your browser and system. I also have a much better vibe on the content and layout. Mini sharks inlays! The ability to choose your tunings, # of strings, and any desired mode.. simply stated.. thank you - this is an awesome tool! How I wish I had something like this when I was 15 as I did this by hand to chart out scale patterns back in the 70's. The best yet.. I can't believe this is FREE, my favorite word!
