It's the Opera Clock! There have been lots of requests for a small clock; here it is. Shouldn't be a problem to keep this one on top of other applications.
A very nice clock! I tend to run it zoomed, but I get some aliasing from the graphic. Howabout an SVG version?
CPU wise I see <1% CPU with this widget normally. In recent builds of Opera Kestrel however, with certain page activity involving plugins (Flash/PDF for example), the widget can suddenly start eating CPU (14% on my system), closing the widget returns CPU to ~0%. More info see this forum thread.
