Everyone who wants to downsize it a bit: You can hold ctrl, and then use the mousewheel to zoom in/out, or use the +/- when the widget is focused to achieve the same.

Nice. Suggestions for version 2.0: make the hands change length according to form (use the possibilities of the virtual world). And make the heart beat each second with a nice subdued tuk-tuk sound. (Maybe dispose of the hand showing seconds?)
