When you add your city, after it shows up in the box, select it (single click), and then "close" the tray with the little up arrow at the bottom. When the try closes, the widget will reload with your city.
This is not working for me. I type in my location and it come up into the box so I suppose that the city is recognized. Then I close the widget and reopen it and my city is not there only the default city. Any suggestions? I was also wondering if someone could tell what it means that Opera does not support add-ons like FireFox does. I asked a software company if they had a version of there product for Opera and that's what they said or something like that. Thanks
Cool, nice and sharp. Just another upgrade please: "THE POSSIBILITY TO ADD MORE CITIES AND A SCROLLING FUNCTION WITH A TIMER" so IMHO it will be the definitive ONE !!! Ivo Italy
Hi, Looooove this widget... been using it in Windoze for a long time.
Loaded up Ubuntu on a spare machine, downloaded Opera, and my favorite widget as my first order of Ubuntu-business.
However, when I open the widget on this machine, I get a large gray box on the screen just underneat the widget itself, as if there is a transparency issue. Has anyone else seen this?
If you want multiple locations just download the widget again without erasing the existing, you will have the same widgets and two or more (if you download more times) locations, great widget, thanks :-)
I just found a small "bug": the widget has no understanding of "Umlauts". If I search for Fürth, it doesn't find it. If I take the HTML code (from accuweather", "F%FCrth", it finds it as "F?rth, Bayern, Germany", but then it can't find the city from accuweather... Will there be a solution sometime or is it too difficult? Thanks.
I don't know if this is a special problem of your widget of if this is a general problem with all widgets:
The widget cache is constantly growing and gets never deleted. With every start of the widget/browser a new satelite image is written to cache. If you restart Opera a lot the cache is getting huge! I know of a user who had 30(!)MB in the cache directory of your widget.

Is there something you can do about it?
