If you move your mouse over the widget, at the right hand side you should see a semi-transparent 'flip' icon, the standard Opera widget one. Click this to flip to the configuration side. Enter your town/city name in the search box, press Search, then choose the right listing from the list. If nothing comes back, try the nearest bigger town to you.
