Due to abuse from spammers I decided to close down the backend service of URLZipper.
Admin(s): If you read this, please remove this widget, as I requested months ago.
URLZipper makes short URLs of your long and complicated web addresses. Convenient when including web addresses in emails, forum postings or blog entries.

Something must be wrong. Like the other said, after inserted a URL and press on the big blue button, nothing happened. Otherwise, would be a very useful widget.
Sounds good, probably once widgets stay pined (meaning that you don't have to re-download it every time you start up opera) this will be one that i use.
This widget isn't working for me -- I'm attempting to use it to miniaturize a relatively lengthy URL that uses the GET data to fill a form -- here's a tiny URL of the url in question: http://tinyurl.com/jntaf
The error I get is "invalid url http://" under the text entry box in your widget.

I'll give you credit for the small size, but remember - by default Tinyurl produces URLs 3 Bytes larger than URLZipper

- looks nicer
- supports submitting with the Enter-button
- takes up less memory

It works splendidly, now -- looks like I'm pinny another widget on my desktop
-- Is 7ref yours? I might switch rereplace to using it rather than tinyurl. It's shorter than TinyURL and tinyURL doesn't have a nifty widget.

Well, the server side script has been fixed. Please give it another try
