Simplest Clock V2.0 Jan 7, 2008 12:43:03 PM

A simple clock that goes with anything!

A simple clock based on the original Analog Clock. It doesn't display seconds, and updates less often; meaning it uses next to zero CPU.

New in this version:

  • Made it a tad smaller
  • Now includes a black version
  • And a smaller version
  • Slightly cleaner code

Click to cycle through the schemes. If you want a smaller version of the black one, just tap "-" five times. :D

This clock is the reason why I open Opera as soon as I turn on my machine in the morning and keep it open all day long. The only thing that would make it better is if it was a bit smaller.

It's perfect for most desktop, fits in with my favorite wallpapers, and it's not over charged with colors. It's like hanging on the wallpaper. I use it all the time now!

Super nice clock on my 1920 x 1200 pixel screen.
Well done!

Very nice. It would be great to have a small version. (About half the size?) Then it would be a permanent part of my desktop. :D Great work.

Okay thanks... good job, 'cause I needed to download it again after a crash! :D

Because I made a mistake, probably. It should be now be in the right category.

Why isn't this clock in the Date & Time section of the Widgets page?!?

By MossMan , # May 17, 2006 4:37:57 PM

Can't seem to get it to switch skins: clicking on it doesn't seem to change anything.

Nice otherwise.

The #2 (not-so ugly one) is now the only on. If you want a more "normal" analog clock, check out my other one:

Seems to suffer with build 8393 and the new widget UI.. crashes every time I try to run it.

Very Good. It would be better if the size of the clock is adjustable and with alarm.

I give it 5 stars.

how do i make the 2nd one(the not so ugly one) default?

By musst , # Mar 25, 2006 3:33:56 PM

The best usefulness for me so far

From this post you will see just how new I am to this program. I just downloaded "simple clock", that went well. BUT how do I use it when I want to see the time. Where is it? Regards to all.

i found a "bug": it should keep the selected style after a reload (cookie) !

By cthNeos , # Feb 22, 2006 10:55:51 AM

Pretty, visible but not annoying. Summarized: great!
