Currency Converter V2.0 Oct 10, 2007 8:13:55 AM

A currency converter that uses data from the IMF.

A Currency Converter that fetches exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund.

The rates used by this widget are not the ones used by your bank or VISA.

Weekly build 8410 doesn't work similarly either. It is not possible to click by transparent skin.

Doesn't work in weekly build 8406. Too much transparent skin and not clickable interface.

Am i blind?
Where is the Euro?

Its not like 12 countries are using this currency. May be a bug on my system or just forgotten?

Great widget. This is what widgets should be like: It does a task quickly and rates are always up to date (in theory ).

One improvement suggestion, though. Could you just have two currencies that are converted between inputboxes instead of "from" and "to".

Same happened to me. I used to convert with Colombian Peso rates and suddenly ... gone!

It is a Monetary fund issue or widget issue?

By pattoncito, # Apr 10, 2006 6:35:46 PM

Hello!

I have been using your awesome widgets for a few weeks but all the sudden the exchange rates for Canadian Dollars seems to be gone. Any thoughts?

Similar problem like tmpx. Too transparent, can't select currencies.

Opera 9.00, Build 8333.

Opera 8225 supports a modified configuration file. Try using the Technical Preview for now.

An example for the new format in action can be seen here

1. It would be lot more useful if the conversion does not go one way only. Let user enter in either box and convert to the other box.

2. No Hong Kong dollar?

By tungwaiyip, # Feb 19, 2006 6:09:04 AM

Usefull, but I'd like it to "contiune from last time" at start up...

By idole, # Feb 14, 2006 11:19:39 AM

It doesn't support the Philippine Peso. :frown:
