Currency Converter, Opera application V2.0 Oct 10, 2007 8:13:55 AM

A currency converter that uses data from the IMF.

A Currency Converter that fetches exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund.

The rates used by this widget are not the ones used by your bank or VISA.

Unfortunately not working for me either. It appears semi-transparent and doesn't allow you to select currencies or do anything at all. I'm using Beta 9 Build 8414. A great idea if only it would work.

Not working. Too transparent and drop downs are not functioning. Pressing return in either textbox opens index file in new tab.

I'm not going to leave feedback on this quiet yet, cause I can see that it used to work and I'll give you the shadow of a doubt that you'll fix it for Build 8414.

I'll take a look at it and see if I can help you out any.

Don't work. it show up transparently. not work

By gaoyiwei , # May 20, 2006 4:28:14 AM

It is not transparent skin... Something either with how Opera works with Java or bug in scripts... I've extracted this widget and deleated everything about opacity - now it isn't transperent, but it is still unusable.
Please, somebody with knowledge of javascript - fix it.
P.S. It is just HTML page with 2 .js files and one css.

Please someone update this widget, it was one of the most useful ones!

Same here, 8410 and it's transparent, can't select currency.

By NiksonCG , # May 14, 2006 12:59:03 AM

Weekly build 8410 doesn't work similarly either. It is not possible to click by transparent skin.

By zerosoft , # May 13, 2006 9:02:12 AM

Doesn't work in weekly build 8406. Too much transparent skin and not clickable interface.

By gaoyiwei , # May 4, 2006 5:15:33 AM

Am i blind?
Where is the Euro?

Its not like 12 countries are using this currency. May be a bug on my system or just forgotten?

Great widget. This is what widgets should be like: It does a task quickly and rates are always up to date (in theory ).

One improvement suggestion, though. Could you just have two currencies that are converted between inputboxes instead of "from" and "to".

By DevOne , # Apr 11, 2006 3:38:04 PM

Same happened to me. I used to convert with Colombian Peso rates and suddenly ... gone!

It is a Monetary fund issue or widget issue?

By pattoncito , # Apr 10, 2006 6:35:46 PM

Hello!

I have been using your awesome widgets for a few weeks but all the sudden the exchange rates for Canadian Dollars seems to be gone. Any thoughts?

By ericbodden , # Apr 5, 2006 1:48:44 AM

Similar problem like tmpx. Too transparent, can't select currencies.
