Use this Application to turn long urls into small simple urls with ease.
Do you often visit sites with really long URL Addresses? Do you also wish to easily send a link for this website to others?
This Widget can help you out. This takes any url and converts it into a small 22 character long string to be used at any time. This is done by using the services over at Simple URL.
If you wish to also keep track of past URLs you have used before, you may wish to use the Ident feature. The Ident textbox is a a max 10 characters input from you that can be anything you wish. If the Ident is used, it will be stored with the URL on site. If you click on the "My URLs" tab, you will be able to view all of your past submitted urls. This allows you to save and load past URLs you liked and want to revisit again.
You will also be able to choose which Simple URL domain you would like to use. These include: simurl.us, simurl.net and simurl.org.
Change Log v1.5 - Ident now saved when used, when widget starts up again will keep that Ident. No need to type it again. - Fixed the "Original URL" text that was wrapping.
v1.4 - Added the Preview Simple URL Link within the Results. - Added the "My URLs" tab - Submit Form easier now, just hit "enter" to make a new Simple URL.
v1.3 - Added ability to select which Simple URL Domain you would like to use. - Made the result Simple URL into a text box to give easy access to copy and paste it.
v1.2 - Added the close button.
v1.1 - Added Ajax support. - Added a Help button for the "Ident Feature" to help explain what it is used for. - Widget Height a little bit smaller.

This is such an amazing tool to use. It shortens urls in quick second which is so good. I use this all the time for my websites. I definitely recommend this widget. cash advance
Don't worry, in V1.3 I made it into a text box so everyone can select all and copy very easily. Sadly I was hoping it would of been approved Friday, but has not yet. It should be available tomorrow here hopefully.

Edit: Actually, I think i might eventually, like combine them into one big easy to use widget.
