Oops...and to set it so that it intercepts notes from the context menu's "copy to note"?

ECM 作 , # 2009/04/22 22:05:07

Is there any way to sync this w/ pre-existing notes via Opera Link?

ECM 作 , # 2009/04/22 22:02:53

Is the data secure????
I luv it!
Though as many said shortcuts and other extra wud make it even more appealing

Shortcut tools

rimala26 作 , # 2009/01/18 17:15:55

I want to implement a shortcut key
For example, save: Ctrl+S

This is another great widget. Actually Opera's built in Notes tool already does what this widget needs to do. But sometimes I feel the need to put some notes in a different small window open. This tool will be useful for me.
Thanks opera, I really appreciate with gratitude what you do.

I'm not able to connect it. I have already created account on my.opera.com. But If I want to connect, this message always comes

Access denied: You are not allowed to access this resource. Data model='notes' Collection alias='default' operation='read'

Notes is very good, if only--
If the font size can be enlarge, it will be much better-- for Chinese, this is very important.

Thanks

What fixed it for me was to also accept cookies from 3rd parties: enable in Prefs > Adv > Cookies > Accept cookies

dantesoft 作 , # 2008/06/18 10:08:35

It won't let me log in at all! No matter what I do, I can't use the widget.

> Would it be possible to edit notes offline?
I agree, this would be great! I'm looking at using these widgets with an Archos 605, and may not always be connected to WiFi, for example, at the super market when I need my shopping list or recipe notes.

KenWardCO 作 , # 2008/02/27 20:26:57

Would it be possible to edit notes offline? that is, I require some sort of google gears type system where I sync the latest version of the notes to my system, edit the notes, then sync back the changes. I need at least read access to the notes while I'm offline

This is a technical preview of an expansion of Opera Link: getting your saved widget data between platforms. This goes beyond just a bookmarks file, speeddial file, and personal bar file.

Currently, settings can be saved in widgets using cookies, but cookies won't travel to your phone, so Opera created the XML Store to make it easier to save information on Opera's server to use your information on all of your platforms. Yes, Opera already has a built-in Note feature, and it has its own M2 with contacts, but these won't transfer to your phone. That's why this widget exists. It's brilliant!

This widget uses the Opera XML store to store data and allows you to share it with my.opera groups. Its possible to use this store using your my.opera account.
