The Widget is created using Opera.com's Widgetize service. But I added it to Opera's Widget directory mainly to rise discoverability.
And I think I can say for sure that it worked. I have sucsesfully tracked seventy new, daily subscribers to The Web Design Journal. And the current download ratio of 360 copies is not bad either.
