@pravin3832: Yes. PageRank is a natural number in the range from 0 to 10, so it's quite logical that two sites can have the same rank PageRank shows how "important" is a site for Google. It's used by Google to compute how high this page will be shown in Google Search results.

I also know from other sources, that forum.php.pl has page rank 4, not 0.
