any idea how to change the main value [8] ?
i need to make it permanent to 20 and don't have to manually do that every time /
Again, widgets.opera.com will not let me edit my comments, so darn it, let's hope this time I get my comments finally complete! Sorry to repeat myself above: no repitition here:
Pressing the 'Generate Password(s)' button repeatedly serves my need for a password with an alpha character in the first position. But I still would like an inclusion or exclusion list of special characters. Those are harder to visually proofread every time.
Opera widgets would not let me edit my previous comment, so I add the following:
This widget needs at least one more option: rules, as in the first character should always be Alpha, and another option for the last character to always be alpha or numeric.
How about a list of characters with checkmarks to not include in the password generation, like the asterisk, the forward or backward slash, the forward and reverse redirection symbols, the square brackets, the question mark, the equals sign and more because some sites do not like certain symbols in the password.
Or, the reverse of the above suggestion, the list of character symbols with checkmark boxes of the characters to include in the password generator.
I could go crazy and ask for a way to store the passwords and then have the widget check to make sure the new password generated does not match any of the previously generated passwords, or even check to see if the new password is similar to a previously generated password.
Maybe even encrypt the password file? Am I going overboard here?
OK, let's make sure I am over doing my requests: I also want to add the note to the password generated of which account, or access the

I could care less about how it looks--it works GREAT! The only change that I would suggest is to allow us the option of selecting that it not duplicate any of the numbers/ letters/ symbols in the generated password.
Exactly the widget that I was looking for yesterday (no kidding). I'll make sure to keep this one up to date as it is very useful when creating new accounts of all sorts. Thank you!

is that possible ?

maby the passwort generator could look better with nice Graphix under it.
if you dont mind i would build an nicer looking version of your passwort generator. im better in grafixs than in javascript coding.
