This is an edited version from mielemann's htmlEditor 1.0. It is an small but funky html/css editor with a WYSIWYG view.

I put some visual flavor into it and added also an initial code so one can start right now.

Ahem, Im sorry, but there is a major problem: i tried to type in a link and it appeared as if i was trying to type in words.

Hi Guys,

thank you people for peeking in. As I stated before it is just a visual edition of mieleman's neat tool, who BTW developed it visually a bit further than I.

in terms of the hello world example: isaplai you're totally right and thank you for the comment. it was just a quick fix cause it drove me nuts always writing a whole document from scratch. (which BTW is not needed, you can start right of with a DIV oder P or whatever you want)

@envek: that's right: putting a doctype statement is a pretty good idea.

so why all the complaining. why not starting a version by yourselves

Be therefore encouraged, it's free software (see statement of mieleman). so when my exams are finished, perhaps I do my "homeworks" hehe

your initial code is wrong: it should end with </body></html> (not the other way around)
