Easy access to google services.

first use the drop down menu to set the button size then flip the widget and delete the button resizer. Create your own custom buttons in this format:

button name@search url part 1@search url part 2@normal href@image url##

opera portal@http://search.opera.com/?search=@@http://search.opera.com@http://www.opera.com/favicon.ico##

Don't use line breaks or space, each button ends with ##

Very nice - particularly for a first try. So different to finally see a Google toolbar when I open Opera!!

This is great! I like how it's close to fitting in the window's title bar (it'd be great if it fit perfectly and/or docked) so it's there no matter what application's up. Perfect for looking things up quickly when writing...I always found Word's dictionary/thesaurus wanting. Keep up the good work!

The widget it s bit too wide.It will be nice if the tooltip is shown near the position of the cursor instead of at the left edge

Bug: If you remove the GMail button, it doesn't go into the "Add button" list, so it's lost until you redownload the widget.

(On screen sizing: We have written a short piece on resizing widgets, that you can make use of to dynamically resize the widget depending on the screen size. )

I'll second the request to be able to contract to only preferred tools. Also add page rank and autolink from the standard google toolbar. Not having PR is one of the very few things Opera can't do that other browsers can... unless there's an SEO widget out there!

I've updated it. To test it: set it to always on top > type a search > click the Google icon > click blogs search > groups > gmail > images > then then set an alert and buy the book.

I would suggest a way to expand and contract the list to only your preferred tools, or a default selection of popular tools.

This is a really great widget that Google would certainly like to see Opera users use. I agree with the other comments that each button needs to be labeled. I also think that the buttons need to be customizable since most will not use every service. Other than that, great work.
