does the camera refresh itself often?

there's nothing to watch at the moment but I get the feeling I'm just looking at a still picture...

Hi, sorry for answer too late, the camera is from a book store in Sakaiminato. It website is http://www.medamaoyaji.jp/english/. It is my first widget, maybe later I can add more webcam sources and a menu.

I'd seen this webcam feed before and couldn't find it, but I don't remember where exactly it is. Always interesting to watch (during the day, anyway), as people usually know it's there and will interact with the camera (usually silly kids).
