International Weather Widget not working, searching city is broken 
but I rewrite soooooooome lines of code and now city searching working again 
.
alparras has performed an excellent job creating International Weather Widget a only Fixed it.
This is 1.7 my fixed version.
edit: little upgrade[add only full licence information]
