It's a bug, but I suspect it's resulting from conflicts between my system and the main widget engine rather than this hack since (a) noone else is reporting it and (b) another popular widget is having problems too ... I loaded the widget and the following 2 problems show up:

1. the widget would let me move away from the initial radio button. None of the other buttons worked at all. I closed the widget & repoened it; went into the config area & came back; closed Opera and restarted; still frozen. Waited 20 minutes looking at things in other tabs - now it works! No idea why.

2. clicking on 'applications' then 'fonts' then 'lyrics' results in the line "Type in a search query to find fonts" even though I'm in 'lyrics' mode. But if I click on 'applications' then 'lyrics' then 'fonts', I get "Type in the song title or artist name" even though I'm in font mode.

Unfortunately, I can't duplicate the problem, so I don't know what's happening here. I suggest you re-install this widget and update to the latest version of Opera (9.51 at time of writing).

I have the same problem. But I actually reinstall the widget and it works.
