Actual results: "Local time" is slow by 1h 18m. ("Last updated" time is correct.)

I'm only getting 1h difference, basically the time is being reported without the daylight saving time hour being added. This is what is being sent by AccuWeather, don't think I can manually force a workaround.
Thanks, Andre. This might end up as a WontFix, if it's AccuWeather's data being inaccurate. If anyone wants to help out with testing this, can you confirm that this URL gives the correct local time for Adelaide?
